Terms of Service
Last updated: July 28, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern a merchant’s use of TrackFlow. By installing or using the app, the merchant accepts these terms and the Privacy Policy. The person installing the app confirms that they can act for the merchant.
2. Service
TrackFlow provides post-purchase email sequences, order tracking pages, delivery status tools, and optional AI-assisted customer support. Features and limits depend on the selected Shopify plan.
TrackFlow relies on Shopify and other third-party providers. Some functions may be delayed or unavailable when those services are unavailable.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- Keep Shopify account access and app configuration secure.
- Provide accurate delivery estimates, templates, domains, and support content.
- Use customer data and messaging features lawfully.
- Review AI settings and merchant-provided knowledge before enabling the assistant.
- Remain responsible for inventory, fulfillment, refunds, delivery promises, and customer service decisions.
4. AI-assisted features
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. The merchant controls whether the assistant is enabled and is responsible for reviewing its instructions, knowledge, fallback rules, and customer-facing use.
5. Plans and billing
Public app subscriptions, trials, plan changes, and charges are managed through Shopify. Current prices and limits are shown in the Shopify pricing interface. Removing the app does not alter charges already due under Shopify’s billing rules.
6. Acceptable use
The merchant must not use TrackFlow to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, impersonate another party, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, bypass plan limits, or process data without a lawful basis.
7. Data processing
For customer and order data submitted by a merchant, TrackFlow acts as a processor and uses the data to provide the service, maintain security, and follow the merchant’s lawful instructions. Details on subprocessors, retention, and rights are in the Privacy Policy. A separate data processing agreement may be requested at contact.amhook@gmail.com.
8. Availability and warranties
TrackFlow is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, carrier event accuracy, email delivery, delivery dates, or AI output.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TrackFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, merchant fulfillment decisions, or third-party service failures. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in force.
10. Suspension and termination
A merchant may stop using TrackFlow by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access when necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, or protection of the service and its users.
11. Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to contact.amhook@gmail.com. We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
